For approximately 3 months now my urine has smelt like sulpher, it s so bad the toilet smells for ages afterwards. I feel sick constantly and have right sided abdo pain and back pain. It doesn t hurt when I urinate and I don t urinate often. My urine does sting my skin though as if it s acidic, it stings my fingers when I wipe and my scar from and old childbirth episiotomy is excoriated like the skin has burnt, please help
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice. It may indicate uroinfection even if there is no pain and you should do urinoculture. Also, it can be sign of kidney stones or certain diet. The focus of treatment should be on correcting dehydration, treating urinary infections, identifying patients with a solitary functional kidney.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Wish you a good health.
