What Causes Sweating After Vaccination?

Hi Dr. Kondekar, My daughter is 14 months old. She just got her fourth dose of a vaccine on Thursday (today is Saturday). She didn t get a fever this time, unlike the previous times. However I am noticing that her forehead is cold and sweaty. Also last night she was very sweaty right after we put her to bed--her head was dripping in sweat. Now she did have some baby oatmeal before she went to bed---I read online that that could be part of it. Later throughout the night when I checked on her she wasn t sweaty anymore. Before the vaccine, she did have a tendency to get sweaty at night when it was hot (I don t remember her getting sweaty at night during the winter). We don t sleep with the a/c on, just a fan sometimes. In any event should I worry? Could this be an infection? Furthermore, what does her previous sweating mean? She s an active and healthy baby.
