What Causes Sweating, Dizziness And Headache?

I am a 54 yr old woman. I have had triple bypass and now have a pacemaker/difibulator.. I started feeling bad out of the blue. Sweating, dizzy and a bad headache. I also broke out in hives. My BP was 119/66 it is now 109/60. My pulse is 74. I feeling shakey
