What Causes Sweating, Nausea, Muscular Weakness And Cough?

58 year old male had a bout of sudden sweating, extreme nausea with no vomit, muscular weakness, and couldn't hear for a short while. he is laying down now and still feels some nausea, but not as bad. he has no temperature. recently moved to southeast from west coast. has had lingering cold/cough, with no sinus pain. has no signs of infections. takes no meds, except occasional ibuprofun. in last two weeks, has been taking about 200-400 once a day.
