What Causes Swelling Above The Collar Bones?

Hi, I have what I can only describe as fat pads or small swelling above both my collar bones. More so in the left collar bone. What could this be? Also been suffering from stomach cramps & bad back ache in the muscles. Plus occaisional flank pain. The stomach pains diminish after taking Omerprazole however, the back pain is constant all over my back. Any ideas?

Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The swelling above collar bone can be a soft tissue swelling due to a benign mass. Direct examination and FNAC will help in diagnosis.
