Hi,

Blood in the urine (Haematuria) can be caused by urinary infections, bladder or kidney stone or enlarged prostate, cancer, inherited disorders and strenuous exercise or an STD. Visit ER, get CBC, Urinalysis (R/E urine, C/S), STD has done.

Get physically examined and evaluated. You may need to go through the imaging tests (CT, USG, intravenous pyelograms) or cytoscopy. In the meantime, take Acetaminophen, Trimethoprim-Sulphamethoxazole under a PCP. Take plenty of water and avoid sex for a couple of days.

Hope I have answered your query.
