What Causes Swelling And Inflammation In The Pubic Area?

i have had swollen area of my pubic area. it occurs in different area. the inflammation occur about every two week and pus will come out, and it will heal, then the whole sequence will repeat itselt. this has happen for 7 years now and the doctors have not been able to figure it out.
