What Causes Swelling And Itching In The Eye?

Hello, I have been having these reoccuring symptoms with my right eye where all of the sudden my eye will begin to swell and itch. Then about 2 minutes later I will have what looks like fluid bumps on the white part of my actual eyeball. It stays swollen, I can't blink because it hurts, and i put ice on it. I take benadryl and it usually goes away within an hour, but the last time it happened it didn't go away until the next day. What could this be?

Hello
Welcome to Health care magic.

I reviewed your history. It seems from the history that you are having symptoms of recurrent swelling and itching of the eye.
These symptoms indicate allergic condition of the eye. This requires treatment by the use of anti-allergic eye drops and avoiding the allergen if any.

Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment accordingly.

Hope this is helpful to you.
Thank you
