What Causes Swelling And Numbness In The Hands While Suffering From A Pinched Nerve?

Hi I have had a pinched nerve in my left arm since 2011. and have since had constant tingling and some numbness in my hand and wrist.. but as of late I have some like swelling or mass around my thumb and my hand now does not lay straight its going to the left. gave me great pain today not in my joint of hand but in the center. I also have arthritis but I really don t know what is causing this to happen now.

Hi,

In my opinion, you are suffering from carpal tunnel syndrome (it causes pinching of nerve at the wrist). This position of hand going to the left is mainly because of arthritis in the hand. I suggest you get surgery for the carpal tunnel syndrome ASAP and then think in terms of getting a cure for arthritis.
