What Causes Swelling And Pain In Eyelids And Forehead?

my son has painless swelling on both his eyelids and inbetween forhead and nose.by nature he is bit fatty.now we feel that at the back of his head also have swelling.he says he is passing urine properly.he drinks sufficient water.he is 45 kg and his age is 11 yrs.two months back he started to wear glass.his power as the doctor said 05.but he can read anything and everything without glass.can you tell me doctor what it will be and what could be the reason?

are the swellings same on the eye lids and forehead. Eye lid swellings are more commonly due to changes in the oily secretion of the glands in the eyelids and are called Chalazia. Most of the time they resolve on their own but if size increases then try HOT FOMENTATION 3-4 times a day. If does not come down then need a small surgical nick with blade to evacuate the fatty content in it.
