What Causes Swelling And Pain On The Vaginal Lips?

Hi, I'm afraid I got a sexual transfered disease but I don't know if I should contact a doctor right away or if I can wait 3-4 days before I see one.
I noticed a scratch in my gender lip a couple a days ago and it will not heal. It hurts when i pee and it's very painfull. Additionaly my glands in the same side as the scratch is swollen. Should I see a doctor immediately or is it just an infection that doesn't need immediate attention?
