What Causes Swelling And Red Bump On Penis?
I noticed a new hard vein going horizontally across the shaft of my penis a few days ago while masterbating. The next morning I noticed that the right side of my penis was a bit swollen. The vein is still there. About half way through this vein is a bump. The area is a bit red and inflamed.
