I am female sixty yeras old. Since 2 weeks ago I have noticed redishness with oedema near my anal opening which in the meantime comes up to inetrgluteal region. It is very painfull when i am moving. I have tried severeal diferent creams (anibiotic, antifungal) but without the effect
