What Causes Swelling And Soreness In Clitoris?

After washing my genital area I had a slight tingling sensation on my clitoris. I was running late that morning and was in a hurry. Not thinking anything of it I rinced my body and proceeded to get ready. Later that afternoon I noticed that my clitoris on the right side was particularly swolen. And now 2 days later it is still swolen and sore (just the right side).I do not have any discharge of any sorts, but am concerned it has lasted this long. Should I proceed to go to quick care to get this checked out?

Hello dear
Understand your concern
Your symptoms could be a lower urinary tract infection, vaginal infection or vulvovaginitis.
I would suggest to undergo urine report, CBC and vaginal swab test after consulting the gynecologist.
Take the following advice.
Tablet septran plus nitrozoliium.
Syrup cital, use vaginal suppository of clotrimazole and lactobacillus.
Drink plenty of water and juice of cranberry.
Wash vagina with warm salted water and then apply apple cidar vinegar.
Hope this may help you
