I have received oral sex and have been fingered. So I've been sexually active for the past four months. My period just ended and usually when its ending I start to spot. I have brown spots for a couple days. Today I just noticed that my clitoris is very swollen and sore. And I'm having brownish discharge. It doesn't hurt to pee. The only thing that is painful is my clitoris, my lower back, and sometimes my abdomen (rarely). What could this be?
