What Causes Swelling And Tenderness In Veins And Tubes Of Right Testicle?
Doc, I have got a issue with my right testicle! The veins and tubes coming from it seen swallon and tender! And when I stand up for longer then 10 mins my testicle swells and causes a pain as though sumone is squeezing on my ball and I feel it right up to my stomach! I have looked online and found a few different ideas of what it cud be and the most common seems to be Varicocele! Can you please help!!

The most probable reason is grade III varicocele. And you need to get this confirmed by clinical evaluation, ultrasound and color Doppler and get operated as soon as possible.
Also get semen analysis.
