What Causes Swelling And White Bumps On Lips After Smoking Cigarette?

I smoked a cigarette with a friend, I notice my left cheek was feeling weird and I looked n the mirror and it was swelling and swelling fast within 10 minutes my cheek was swollen and I also have noticed little white bumps around my lips what is this? Do I need 2go 2 the ER
