What Causes Swelling And White Spots On Foreskin?

hi there a few days ago I discovered there was a small white spot on my foreskin I didn t think much of it and left it but the next day it started to swell up and hurt and it was a purple colour Anyway the next day (yesterday) I woke up and it was gone but there is now a hole in its place 2-3 mm, It had a yellow coloured substance ! I cleaned it out although this is worrying me Is this anything to worry about or am I over reacting

Hi,

It's likely to be phimosis. Do not ignore it, as it may cause pain, infection in urine, problem in sex, kidney damage etc. Get checked by doctor. In many cases, circumcision operation cure this problem.
