What Causes Swelling Around The Eyes While Jogging?

Sometimes when I jog my eyes will start to get swollen really fast, especially oround the corner of the eye. If it happens, my eyes will be swallen for at least one day (depends on how bad it gets; it has taken pver five days for them to go back to normal). Why does this happen? How can I prevent it or stop before it gets really bad? I am 35 years old. The first time this happened was about 8 years ago. I am about 5'4 and 120lbs. Thanks!

You have to clarify whether it is sweiing of eye or puffiness of face. from the age of your onset it appears to be more towards your involve ment of kid ney. so do kidney function test. with the result consult physician.Ihope your problem will be solved.
