Serious question please help.
This is embracing but i need some advice. Im a trk driver and between my vagina and anus it is swallon Very painful especially when having to pee and hurts so bad . Hurts bad to seat down to . what can i do and get over the counter. Please help thank you.

Because of prolong sitting and tight undergarments, there could be rashes or fungal infection. You need to apply Candid ointment over there. drink plenty of water. Use cotton and loose undergarments.
