Too make a long story short, I have had two heart ablations and the third time that I went out of rhythm I was given Tikosyn. Subsequently, my blood pressure has risen to 150 Systolic in the AM and 130 in the evenings. My physician prescribed Felidpine which has reduced the blood pressures, however, my ankles now swell to the point of being very uncomfortable to walk. I am taking 60mg twice a day. I inquired about it via email to my cardiologist and the nurse just said get pressure socks. Didn t seem like a good answer to me. What do you think?
