What Causes Swelling In Both The Eyes?

I woke up yesterday morning with both eyes swollen and this morning it was worse. I went to the doctor and they think it could be an allergy but they re not sure. they sent me home with an allergy rx and epipen. having just returned from korea i m wondering if i could have a parasite.

Incas of allergy i should be associated with itching and mild redness. Take one tablet of levocetrizine. Incas of allergy it will subside in few days. IF no improve ment then get it checked by oph thal mologist.
