What Causes Swelling In Eyebrow And Forehead Due To Removal Of Pimple?

I had a deep pimple coming now above my eye for 2 days and this morning I woke up and my was almost swollen shut. Went to the doctor and He punctured the pimple and pushed like crazy to try to get some puss out of it. He got a tiny bit out but now my whole eyebrow and up into my forehead all the way down into my sinus area is majorly swollen? He gave me a antibiotic and he acted very passive and acted very cocky about the whole thing. Should I be worried?
