What Causes Swelling In Eyes Along With Rashes On Arms And Face?

I have swelling of my left eye as well as rashes on my arms, elbows, back of knee, and face. My lips swell periodically and my lips are covered in tiny little dots (feels like sandpaper all the time). I want to know if the fact that I use an e-cigarette with propylene glycol in the juice if I have developed a potential allergy and how do I make this go away. It is becoming very dry, but the rashes are still present. I have not used my e-cig since last night. I stopped all day.

All the symptoms are in favor of Allergy.
For diagnosis you have to find out of allergy in your house,work place.
Consult your doctor he would perform some tests for allergy .
Blood test for
C B C
Total Eosinophil Count
I G E
Urinalysis
Stool examinations for ova & cyst
Allergy may be due to food.
First of all stop taking milk for few days.
Then egg .
One by one every foof items.
Avoid cosmetics,fumes,perfumes. consult your doctor for complete examination.
Don't worry you shall br alwrite.
Give you feed back.
