What Causes Swelling In Left Foot During Pregnancy?

Hi Drs. I am a 34 yr old female mother of two children ages 8 and 15. I am 30 wks pregnant expecting boy boy girl triplets. I am experiencing sudden swelling in my left foot and leg, should I be concerned. Last seen by my ob last week. Things were progressing normally. I have no known health problems.

Gravid uterus puts pressure on veins which drains blood from.periphery to heart
mild degree of swelling is acceptable
If it increases further then it's a matter of concern
which could be due to hypertension or pre eclampsia

please visit your doctor for baseline investigation and detailed evaluation
