What Causes Swelling In Legs And Itchiness?

Dear Doctor, One year ago, in November, I was cleaning out my bluebird houses and feeders with my son. We came into the house and looked at our eyelashes and eyebrows in a bathroom mirror. Really weird!!!! We both had completely covering the both above, kind of roundish beige circles in almost perfect unison and lots of them. I had never seen anything like this before and really was not alarmed. We washed our faces and went about the rest of our work......For one year now, first, my son, very badly his legs swelled up with itches all over his body, (BITES) actually. Then I started to get them. Since all this, we have seen 4 doctors, one being a dermatologist that did not even do a skin scrape, nor examine my skin well! And I have even changed my Primary doctor I really liked a lot, when he did not entertain the idea that they may be PARASITES that are plaguing our family or believe that there was a possibility. We feel bites. I have pages of specimens of all the scabs, bugs, exoskeleton looking scabs, red, full of my blood shrimp sorta shaped bugs maybe and sometimes the black dot looking bug. You never see them crawl, but sometimes feel a slight pinch. I have also white dots in all kinds of places, where you see almost a dirty line running from one place to another. When you squeeze these, or sometimes they will be sticking out a tiny bit from the skin, I take my tweezers and slowly pull out a almost microscopic size white pupae moist thing . They are laid about a half an inch in a row on one arm. The back of my legs also have these. Going forward, my son is bug free. We wash our clothes separate in hot water and over dry them not to contaminate each other. I will be going to a new Dermatologist soon, we have been through 3 Permitheim treatments, (they did work for a short time, killing the bugs on us, but always reoccurring). I keep my sheets changed, hot water used always and try to keep vacuuming all the time..............I have also read every thing I can on bed bugs to scabies. We have neither for sure. I even have bed bug pheromone tests between my mattresses. So, after all of this, is there anything close to a bird mite that humans can get and hard to treat? The Permitheim treatment itself did kill the bugs, but did not keep them dead nor treat all. THEY ARE BLOOD LOVING BUGS TOO. When you take off the thick scab on top, blood comes to the top and I always have to use a bandaid to stop it with pressure. My arms, back and leg (they were on my face as well), look like a huge scar and scab zone!!!!!!!!!! It has almost ruined my daytime life, as they look really bad and who wanted to wear a long sleeve shirt in the Summer........... In my opinion, they are not going away also because I have Multiple Sclerosis and cannot fight these off like people with regular healthy immune systems. Also, can a bird mite or something similar get into your blood stream??? I really need to get through this one, as having Multiple Sclerosis is hard enough. Never in my wildest imagine would I think I could get something SO HARD TO GET RID OFF. Could you please tell me possibly what they could be? I have never been out of the USA, healthy otherwise, 58 yr. old female. Do people get bird mites and WHAT IS THE BEST WAY FOR MY DERMATOLAGIST TO TEST FOR ANY PARASITE ON ME AND WHAT S THE BEST WAY FOR BIRD MITES? WHAT IS THE BEST IF ANY ORAL PILL TO TAKE TO GET RID OF THEM AND FOR ABOUT HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE? I will be taking in MANY specimens, scabs, bug looking parasites all I picked off and put on tape in a file closed up in plastic baggies. Thank you in advance and I really need my life back. I almost refuse to hug anyone because I would not want to give this to anyone in the world. I also have been more fatigued, sleeping a lot in the day, maybe my body is trying to fight off these? Last, can they see them, is it even possible for a bird mite or close to be in my blood? Can they see them to confirm it? I really don t want to concentrate on it being a Springtail mite because I have no clue except I am being eaten up by something!!!! Please help in any capacity with my questions, it would be great to go to the next appt. with the Dermatologist with more information on this. Thank you so much..
