my husband is currently in the hospital for an abcess in his lower abdomen area. He had a drain placed in it a couple of days ago. The nurses have been flushing it out to prevent blood clots and today had difficulty getting out all the fluid they put in to flush it out. He just called and side that one side of his penis is swollen or is retaining fluid. Could this be related to flushing the abcess?
