What Causes Swelling In Stomach?

my stomach. Very swollen today and I realize that I have not urinated much and I have a little pain on the right side of my back not bad though I just took my blood pressure is 134 over 84 and my pulse is 107 I feel a little fluttering in my chest but not pain any suggestions

It can be due to kidney inflammation or infection
Take one tablet ciprofloxacin twice a day.. drink plenty of fluids especially water.
