What Causes Swelling In The Ankles, Right-sided Pain Around The Kidney Area And Constant Tiredness?

Hello my ankles swell everyday especially the right. My right kidney area hurts every day. My right calf hurts I constantly feel tired and my heels hurt a lot. My joints hurt especially my knees and shoulders. I m grouchy most of the time and my gums bleed.

Hi,

As there are multiple systemic components along with gum bleed, I suspect renal disorder with platelet dysfunction.

Kindly get whole blood profile including kidney function, blood sugar, creatinine clearance, GFR, liver function tests and coagulation profile done and get back soon.
