What Causes Swelling In The Back Of Neck?

I have swelling in my back of neck and now spreading to front of neck. I have a bad tooth with no pain. Prompt care doesn t open till 9 am. Will I be OK. I know when you panic swelling gets worse. Need advice whether to go to ER or wait till morning

I have studied your case and I think you need to go to ER today. It looks like a inflammatory swelling. If it is not treated at right time than it will be dangerous.
So I would suggest you to show it to ER and they will do a ultrasound examination of the neck and blood test.
You might need to take antibiotic for few days along with anti-inflammatory like Brufen.
