What Causes Swelling In The Calf Area Of Leg?

Thanks so much! My one year old son has what looks like a spider bite or something on his leg in the calf area, it appears to be swollen & pretty hard it isn t huge but it also has a black dot in the middle where the head of the sore is, what do u think this could be from?

It can be due to spider bite. Is it red? Is it warm?

Giving Cetrizine suspension could help. Also you can visit ER for exact diagnosis and treatment accordingly
