Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

A round face with swelling in the legs may be due to kidney failure also even in heart failure also you will get swelling in the legs.

Did you check for renal function tests?

My suggestion is to consult the general physician for proper diagnosis and management. Please do not delay.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Siddartha
