What Causes Swelling In The Right Cheek?

Hello. My son is 17 months old. This morning at about 11:45 my husband noticed my son's right cheek was swollen. We have kept an eye on it and over the last couple of hours it has gotten a bit bigger. There is not fever at this time. He is pushing four mollers. There is no swelling on his neck just the one cheek. Also he has sever hemophillia B. I am not sure if I need to keep monitoring this or if we need to take him to the ER.

Thanks for the query.
As he is case of haemophilia , swelling if not resolved or increasing in size take him to ER.
