What Causes Swelling In The Testicle?

my right testicles is really large and behind it there is like a sort of baggie attached to something, it doesnt hurt or anything even when i feel it and put a little pressure on it with my thumb and index finger i just feel uncomfortable cause i dnt know what it is?

Hi,

Most probably you are having varicocele. Varicocele may develop as a result of poorly functioning valves that are normally found in veins. In other cases, it may occur from compression of a vein by a nearby structure. Consult a surgeon. He will do a Doppler study. Long-term varicocele can affect your fertility. Surgery is available which is relatively a simple one.
