General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Tuberculosis(TB) counts in most common cause of bleeding through sputum or saliva.
I suggest to do a chest xray and Mantoux test for further evaluation.
I suggest to see your physician and do this examinations as soon as possible.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
