What Causes Swelling In Upper Eyelid?

Hi am Deepak. Am 29 years old.I have puffiness in upper lid of my left eye due to which there is uneven in my eyes. It increases when bright light like photo flash .also now a days my moustache area is swollen. The swelling is more in the morning. Kindly suggest me what to be done

it is more suggestive of allergy. only negative point is why only one eye lid. can take levocetrizine 5 mg tablet daily, local examination of eye lid is required to be done by eye doctor. calazion or hordiolum on left upper eye lid is to be done. any other pathology in left eye lid is to be examined. it is sensitive to flash light. avoid such light. can use a gogles.appears to be growth in upper eye lid.
