What Causes Swelling Inside The Vagina?

Inside vagina looks and feels swollen--rough like texture, doesn't hurt at all, just feels wierd...just getting over yeast infection for which I was prescribed oral one dose med..that was thursday, now monday, would that still be the yeast infection?
