My hands and fingers have been swollen and stiff for several months now and last night I noticed my ankles and feet are swollen as well. The swelling in my hands has lead to bilateral CTS. I have been tested for arthritis and other auto immune diseases, but all came back negative. I have always been a healthy and active individual. What could cause this to happen pretty much overnight?
