Advice
1. Immediately stop Noflux lysozyme chloride and never take it in future
2. Injection
hydroxyzine intramuscular every 8 hours – three doses then hydroxyzine 10 mg every 8 hours per oral daily for next 6 days
3. Injection
dexamethasone twice daily for 1 day then dexamethasone 0.5 mg twice daily per oral for next 6 days
4. You can apply calamine lotion for rash on face – three times daily – will provide soothing effect
5. Immediately go to hospital if you have any sign of anaphylaxis such as breathing difficulty, low blood pressure, nausea/vomiting,
throat constriction,
unconsciousness etc
