My child just noticed his gum swollen on side of the mouth. It is on the far corner of the mouth on the left side. No fever. the node in the neck on the same side is swollen too. should I take him to see the doctor or dentist ASAP or wait for few days . I did make him rinse his mouth with saline. Thanks
