What Causes Swelling Of Left Foot And Lower Leg?
I just got home last night from vacation and was in the car for about 13 hours. (took a few breaks out of the car) When I got home, my left foot and lower leg was swollen. Now, almost 24 hours later, they are still swollen. Is this something that I should be concerned about? Is there something that I should be doing to help take away the swelling?

u should keep your leg elevated by keeping a pillow beneath your leg.. ideally swelling should reduce
if it doesn't. . u need to get a detailed blood investigation done
