What Causes Swelling On Bottom Lip?

hello i just have a small inquiry i woke up with swollen bottom lip but barely noticeable means swollen in aroun only 20 percent yesterday it was dry and i started biting it to remove the dry skin could be from that bare in mind that 2 days before i woke up with them same issue but with my upper lip they get swollen but little not too mauch what could be this?

As per your complain swelling of the lip that gets fluctuated to either upper or lower lip seems to be due to some unknown allergen causing allergic reaction leading to Allergic Angioedema of Lips..
The common allergens can be any medication [if you are taking], food products [common are sea food, nuts,eggs etc], animal danders, pollen etc..
In case if there are recurring episodes you should consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a clinical evaluation and allergic testing can help in ruling out the exact cause of allergic reaction and avoiding exposure to the allergen can help in preventing allergy symptoms..
In case of recurrences Immunotherapy can be instilled..
