I noticed one day in the shower that both of my knees were swollen, they feel fatty and not hard, my left knee is more swollen than the right. They look like elephantiasis. They are swollen above th knee cap, with indentations at the knee cap. I also recently noticed that my tongue is white. I started taking rephresh pro-b and wonder if I had a bad reaction to it. I stopped taking them. I have no pain. I have other symptoms that come and go, but are more irritating than painful.
