What Causes Swelling On Leg Of An Infant?

my baby who is 1.5months old, she is having swelling in her right leg on which she got Hep - B2 on her 6th week doctor told us she will have fever and swellling for 2 - 3 days but its now 8th day and she is not having fever but having swelling in her right leg. what should i do?

If it is plain swelling without redness n increased temprature over it than no need to worry just give some mote time but if above mentioned symptoms are there than will need antibiotics n crocin...
