General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Your symptoms seem to be related to to temporal arteritis which is an inflammation of the blood vessels.
I suggest using an anti inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen in case of pain.
Acetaminophen is considered a safe treatment during pregnancy.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
