Hello, i will make this short because it really isn t much of an anomaly to me and I m sure you ve answered such a question before. in short, I worked out earlier today doing cable rows, dumbbell lifts, and exercise of the sort. Afterward I felt two bulges in my left and right elbow. I just wanted to know what this particularly is, how long it usually lasts, and is it advisable to work out again the day after the next.
