What Causes Swelling On The Penis And Testicles While Urinating?

Just as I started to urinate I had the sensation of my penis, balls and stomach swelling and I could not finish urinating. I later finished and after sitting down on the bed I felt like I had to throw up.n I am diabetic with prostate problems could this be the problem?

you are having benign prostate hypertrophy which means enlarged prostate.it obstruct urine flow and it causes pain and swelling during urination.you can use prazosin 0.5mg prazosin bd for 2weeks if you are not taking any antihypertensive medications.surgical option is also available.
