What Causes Swelling On The Ulna At Wrist?
A painful swelling has appeared on the ulna at my wrist. I have flexibility of wrist back and forth, but find it painful to rotate my wrist or any weight bearing. I have been doing aggressive gardening and wonder if it is associated. What is the problem, and what do I need to do next?
