What Causes Swelling On Vaginal Lips?

I haven't had sex, oral or either in months and my vagina lips are swollen and are peeling. There has also been abnormal discharge. Yesterday there was also some white on the lips but not a lot. I have no insurance so i really dont want to go to the doctor but it seems to be getting worse. What do I do :(
