What Causes, Swelling, Soreness And Pain On Knee?
I had history with knee problem my left one. I had a X-ray and MRI scan. Nothing in the last 48 hours my left knee is huge size of a balloon, it sore tender really hard to walk on. I get knee locking problems. In thr last 12 hours I seem to be get light headed and head rush I don t know what going on .

You haven't mentioned any history of fever or weightloss.
I advise you to immediately go to E.R as yousshould not ignore all this.
Get your TLC, DLC, serum uric acid done and send me the report.
It may be inflammatory or non inflammatory arthritis.
